Body found in search for missing diver in Orkney

A body has been recovered by teams searching for a diver missing in Orkney's Scapa Flow.

Police Scotland were alerted to the missing man at about 17:35 on Sunday.

The coastguard, Stromness and Longhope lifeboats and local boats had been involved in the search effort, which had continued on Monday.

Insp David Hall said more information would be provided on Tuesday once the body had been formally identified.
