Two people charged with man's murder in Kyle of Lochalsh

Two people have been charged with the murder of a 61-year-old man in Kyle of Lochalsh in April.

Antonia Gunn, 26, and Michael Joyce, 31, both of Ross-shire, appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on Thursday.

Police Scotland earlier said they had been arrested and charged following the man's death on Sunday 23 April.

Ms Gunn and Mr Joyce made no plea and were remanded in custody. They are expected to appear in court again in the next eight days.
