Missing Bridge of Allan man's family told of body find

The family of a missing hillwalker from Bridge of Allan have been told of the discovery of a man's body in Glen Coe.

David Low, 47, was reported missing after failing to return from a walk in the area on Wednesday.

Mountain rescue team volunteers and members of the public had been searching for Mr Low.

The man, who had died in a fall, has still to be formally identified but police said Mr Low's family had been informed.
