Watch: 'Scotland doesn't have a two-tier health system' - Gray
New Scottish Health Secretary Neil Gray says the NHS must reform, improve and "drive down" waiting times.
Mr Gray, who was appointed last week to replace Michael Matheson, told BBC Scotland's The Sunday Show that it was "unacceptable" so many patients felt they had no choice but to go private.
But the minister added he did not accept that Scotland had a two-tier healthcare system.
