Heavy rains cause floods across parts of Scotland

Torrential rain has led to flooding and hit road users and rail services across parts of Scotland.

The Met Office has issued a yellow "be aware" warning for heavy rain for areas of southern, central and eastern Scotland.

The rains have affected driving conditions in and around Edinburgh and in parts of Perthshire.
