New SNP Westminster leader Stephen Flynn takes aim at Tory record

Stephen Flynn has used his first appearance as leader of the SNP in Westminster to criticise the Conservative Party over Brexit and Scottish independence.

He also thanked his predecessor, Ian Blackford.
