NI talks over: Party leader reactions in 90 seconds
The four parties engaged in discussions to restore power-sharing have given their reaction after the Northern Ireland secretary declared the talks over.
Chris Heaton-Harris was speaking after financial talks and separate negotiations with the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) over the Windsor Framework.
The talks have been taking place against a background of rising hospital waiting lists and ongoing strikes by public transport workers, teachers and NHS staff.
At a press conference at Hillsborough Castle, Mr Heaton-Harris said more than £3.3bn was available for the return of the executive, but this was the UK government's final offer,
