Turtle washed up in Donegal flown back to the wild
A loggerhead turtle washed up on the County Donegal coast three years ago has been taken by plane to the warmer waters around Gran Canaria.
Julius Caesar, or simply JC, had been looked after at the Exploris aquarium in Portaferry since his arrival in Ireland.
He's now back in more familiar waters and will hopefully help boost numbers of the endangered species.
