Somerset: Two in hospital after car fire spread to homes

Two people have been taken to hospital after a car fire spread to properties in a residential area.
Avon Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident in Banwell, North Somerset, at 08:01 GMT on Monday.
Crews used 12 breathing apparatus, three high pressure hose reels, and one water jet to extinguish the fire in a car on Chestnut Close.
Two properties were damaged by the car fire and the cause of is thought to be accidental, the fire service said.
