Man charged a year after Lily-May Vaughan died in Shawbury crash

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving a year after a teenage girl was killed.
Lily-May Vaughan, 17, died on 4 February in Shawbury Heath near the A53 in Shropshire when the car she was in overturned.
Her family described her as a "kind, happy, caring and loving person".
Logan Addison, 18, of Hazels Road in Shawbury in Shrewsbury, is due to appear at Telford Magistrates' Court on 23 April, police said.
