Erith: Two people rescued from London flat block fire

Two people have been rescued from a London block of flats after a fire broke out.
Ten fire engines and about 70 firefighters battled the blaze inside a flat on the second floor in Sun Court, Erith at 09:20 GMT, the London Fire Brigade said.
Five people were treated by the London Ambulance Service at the scene.
It was brought under control at about 11:35 and the cause was under investigation, the fire service said.
In a statement, the brigade said: "Half of a two-roomed flat on the second floor of a residential block was alight.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued two people from the building and assisted further residents to safety."
