Festive tractors dazzle in Leicestershire Christmas charity parade
Decorated tractors put on a dazzling display during a special parade to spread the joy of Christmas and to raise money for charity.
About 280 vehicles took part in the annual Archers Festive Tractor Run on Sunday.
They began in Lutterworth and went on a tour round a circuit of 10 Leicestershire towns and villages.
Organiser Ryan Archer said he hoped the event would raise thousands of pounds for charity.
The proceeds from the tractor run will be split between the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, in Loughborough, the Leicestershire MS Therapy Centre, the LOROS Hospice and Wishes 4 Kids charity, which are based in Leicester.
The farming congregation started in Lutterworth and headed to Dunton Bassett then to Cosby, Whetstone, Blaby and South Wigston.
It then made its way to Countesthorpe, Peatling Magna and Peatling Parva and Gilmorton before returning to Lutterworth.
The current fundraising total is just over £13,000.
