Woman arrested after police find £100k in car in Samlesbury

A woman has been arrested after police found about £100,000 in bank notes in a car, a force has said.
Lancashire Police said officers discovered the money after they stopped a vehicle on Preston New Road, Samlesbury, at about 14:20 GMT on Tuesday.
The force said the cash was seized and a 33-year-old woman from Manchester has been held on suspicion of money laundering.
It added that she remained in custody.
