Mystery surrounds man's body found in Kent lake
Police have issued an appeal for information after a man's body was found in a Kent lake.
Czech national Michal Brom, 34, was found in a lake connected to the London Golf Club in Ash on 4 September, Kent Police said.
He was identified by his driving licence, and his next of kin have been informed, a police spokesman said.
Mr Brom came to the UK in July, and police said they were unsure why he had entered the lake.
Det Sgt Graham Norman said: "It remains unclear why Michal was in such a remote area. We know he had only recently entered the UK in July of this year, but we have yet to establish how or why he had travelled to Ash.
"We are hoping someone might recognise Michal, who may perhaps have seen him walking in areas close to where his body was found."
Kent Police are asking anyone who has had any contact with Mr Brom, or who has any information to contact them.
They said his death was not being treated as suspicious.
