Portsmouth researchers reveal sea slug eating habits

University of Portsmouth researchers say they are excited to discover that sea slugs have a particularly cunning method of feeding.

The brightly-coloured molluscs live and feed on hydroid colonies - a distant relative of coral.

Researchers say the sea slugs wait until their prey has just eaten before devouring it, in effect getting two meals for the price of one.
