Man seriously hurt in Seaton as vehicle hits parked car

Two people were taken to hospital after a vehicle was reported to have hit a parked car in Seaton.

Police, fire crews and paramedics were called to Harepath Road at 09:45 GMT.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Both of the vehicles' occupants were taken to hospital and it is believed a man may have sustained serious injuries."

The road was closed both ways while investigations were carried out by officers.
