Owen Fairclough death: Fourth man charged with murder

A fourth person has been charged with murder after a man was found dead on a footpath in Derbyshire.
Owen Fairclough, 21, was found near Risley Lane, Breaston, on 23 June.
Police said Luke Hibbert, 27, from Eastwood, Nottinghamshire, would appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court later charged with his murder.
Derbyshire Police has said three other men charged with Mr Fairclough's murder remain in custody and are due to appear at Derby Crown Court in December.
