A man and a woman in their 50s were racially abused at a Post Office by a man in a wheelchair, police have said.

The incident happened at midday on 2 February in Baltic Place in the village of Pill near Bristol.

Avon and Somerset Police said the suspected offender is a white man, of slim build with dark hair, who was aged in his late 30s or early 40s and was using a wheelchair.

PC James Coglan said the force was looking at CCTV footage.

"We now want anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any other information about it, to come forward," he added.
