M4 Bristol: Man charged after crash killed two women
A man arrested after a crash on the M4 motorway that killed two women has been charged.
The two-vehicle crash happened between junctions 22 and 21 near Bristol in the early hours of Monday 17 July.
The women, aged in their 50s and 60s, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Liam Slade, 33, of Aberthaw Circle in Newport, has been charged with two counts each of causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving while disqualified.
He has also been accused of two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Mr Slade is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court.
Three other men arrested as part of Avon and Somerset Police inquiries have been released without charge.
