Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: Arthur's voice wasn't heard says children's commissioner

A serious case review is underway following the death of six-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, who was visited by social workers months before he was killed.

At the time, they found no cause for concern. The Children's Commissioner, Dame Rachel de Souza, says the social care system needs to listen to the voices of children when reviewing cases.
