Blackpool Pleasure Beach to reopen 125 years on

The BBC's Dan Johnson has been testing the rides at Blackpool Pleasure Beach ahead of its re-opening on Monday.

Although it remained open throughout the two world wars, the Covid-19 pandemic forced it to shut.

Monday's reopening will be especially poignant since it marks 125 years since the theme park was founded.
