'What have you done to my son?'

There are around a quarter of a million people on probation across England & Wales.

Concerns about the supervision of low medium and high-risk offenders have been raised by the Chief Inspector of Probation in an interview with BBC Panorama.

Liliya Breha’s son Alex was killed by Michael Iheanacho last year while he was on probation. The Ministry of Justice has apologised for failings in this case.
