Drivers trying to avoid a 70-mile detour have been causing major problems for residents.

Work could take up to 12 weeks, the Welsh government says.

The crash happened near the village of Llanbrynmair, in Powys, at about 19:30 BST on Monday.

One person died in the collision and 15 people have been taken to hospital.
