Shoppers will be able to park in council-owned car parks for free on every Saturday in December.

Nigel Barrow, 78, was airlifted to hospital after the blast in November last year but later died.

The line between Manchester and Sheffield was meant to reopen on 25 August but is now due on 23 September.
