Demolition to begin in £10m precinct revamp

There are retailers interested in the transformation of Eston Precinct, the council says.

Queen Street has a row of buildings on either side. The bottom floor consists of shop fronts - including the grey shop front for Peggy Junes. The upper floors are residential. A number of cars are parked on the road.
