A recent "sinkhole" in a children's play area is one of many that have opened up in the area.

The craters are discovered on private land, within months of two others being found nearby.

The 16ft (5m) deep hole opened above part of the Chiltern tunnel in Buckinghamshire.

It opened up above the longest tunnel being dug for the HS2 high-speed rail line project.

The site in Buckinghamshire has been sealed off but "there is no risk to the public", says HS2 Ltd.

HS2 Ltd says the hole near Little Missenden could be linked to "pre-existing ground conditions".
