Thanet District Council has found a new operator for the Winter Garden.

Medway, Ashford, Thanet and Dover Councils have issued recent warnings to motorists over QR codes.

Thanet District Council said plans for the venue include a rooftop bar, drama school and nursery.

The selected areas include parks and play areas, high streets and outside schools.

No contracts have been offered in the search for an operator for the Port of Ramsgate.

The shelter in Margate is believed to have been where poet TS Eliot composed part of The Waste Land.

The council's proposals would enable people in temporary accommodation outside the area to return.
