St Michaels' Place project will restore Saltisford site after National Lottery Heritage Fund award.

The museum has already secured commitments of £1.25m from other sources.

The Irish National Lottery says the winning ticket was sold by a retailer in County Cork.

They plan to spend their money on a Harley-Davidson trike bike, a hot tub and a new family home.

The cash will help run Streetlife's night shelter and keep the day centre open five days a week.
