Crews are still at the farm to make sure the fire does not reignite.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service says it finished hot spotting the fire by 07:17 BST.

Twenty-three new members of staff have been hired to work in the facility, the service says.

Fire crews are called to an automatic fire alarm at the museum's store room on Charles Street.

Sally Hammond says she is leaving with her "head held high" after three decades.

It follows a forest fire in the same area on Monday, tackled by eight crews and an RAF tanker.

Crews will remain in the area for the rest of today after four hectares of forest went up in flames.

The fire service says the warm weather meant the blaze went deep into the dry ground.
