A review into the government's handling of a child poverty strategy has found it has failed.

Centres have opened in Bridlington and Grimsby.

The council says 13% of children in the borough were living in poverty in 2022-23.

Campaigners have criticised John Swinney as the Greens signal they will not support the government's budget.
