Ahead of new rules coming in designed to better protect fraud victims, one woman tells of her fight to get her money back.

Tony Hawkins has not had bank access since the middle of August as Santander is branded "uncaring".

The bank had "serious and persistent gaps" in anti-money laundering controls, the watchdog finds.
