Callum Tindal-Draper's mother and father said they are very proud of their son.

Network Rail say the Gunnislake branch line has reopened after repairs to a bridge were completed.

Historic bridges over the Tamar and Tavy have both been damaged by trees in swollen rivers.

The cameras are being set up at spots which have "problems with collisions and speeding vehicles".

About 1,800 homes in the Gunnislake area were initially affected and some customers remain without water.

More than 6,000 homes were affected and some customers are still waiting for their water to return.
