Two people escaped with minor injuries after the microlight aircraft flipped as it tried to land.

The pilot died when the replica aircraft went into a spin, hit the ground and burst into flames.

Three people were hurt when the private plane crashed on to the driveway of an East Yorkshire home.

Investigators believe the aircraft crashed into the sea after flying unmanned for 8 miles.

An investigation found the crash was because of problems with the fuel supply.

The plane came off the runway as it landed in windy conditions last year, the AAIB say.

Andrew Hill had his licence suspended by the CAA following the incident in 2015.
