The man has been arrested in connection with road traffic offences after the death of James Craig, 70.

Walter Buchanan attacked Darrel Buchanan, 37, at their flat in Lanarkshire on 18 February 2023.

James Craig was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit on Quarry Street in Hamilton on 27 October.

Emergency services were called to Quarry Street in Hamilton at about 00:40, and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
