Perrie Edwards from Little Mix praised for showing childhood scar in bikini photo

Perrie Edwards has been praised by fans after showing off a childhood scar on her stomach.

The Little Mix singer didn't post any comments with the photo but she's talked about it before.

She told Now Magazine: "My [biggest body-hang up] is my scar on my stomach.

"When I was little, my oesophagus was too small, so I had to get it operated on to help me eat properly. I had to have lots of operations, so that's why I don't want to show it."

Fans first noticed the scar on Perrie's stomach when she posted a photo of herself in a bikini in Barcelona.

She posted this picture saying she looked unhappy but wasn't.

She also posted this photo in a different coloured bikini.

Fans of the singer have been posting their scar pictures after being inspired by the Little Mix star.
