Glasgow singer becomes last-minute Take That support
A unknown Glasgow singer has opened for Take That at the Hydro on Friday night.
Daniel Rooney became a last minute stand-in for Olly Murs, who was unable to perform when his flight was cancelled.
Mr Rooney had been performing at the neighbouring Radisson Red where presenter Ross King was in the audience.
After consulting with the band, Ross asked the singer if he would be able to leave the hotel and open for Take That instead.
