Mobile and broadband rises must be 'clearer' - Ofcom boss

The Ofcom chief executive outlines plans to make mobile and broadband providers more upfront about price rises in the middle of a contract.

Dame Melanie Dawes tells Radio 4's Today programme that it must be "so much clearer" for customers.

The media regulator has set out plans for new contracts to state price rises in "pounds and pence".
