A teenager has appeared in court accused of pushing a woman into the path of a train.

Andrew Watson is accused of attempting to murder 20-year-old Sophie Scott at Hyndland Station in Glasgow on 20 April last year.

Watson, 19, of Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, made no plea after appearing in the dock at the High Court in Glasgow on Thursday.

He will appear again later this month when psychiatric reports will be made available to the court.
