Guernsey's Sixth Form Centre has pledged to be a "caring, inclusive and supportive environment" as it released its prospectus for 2025 entry.

The document showcased a range of 49 subjects available for study, including A-levels and the International Baccalaureate.

It also outlined the centre’s aims, values and university application support.

Preparations for the move to its new location at La Mare de Carteret in September 2025 are well under way, the centre said.

'Seize opportunities'

The site is being remodelled to include new independent learning areas and a lecture space.

Principal Kieran James said: "As a team we are excited by the opportunities the development of the new, standalone Sixth Form Centre, and the preparations to move to La Mare de Carteret, have presented.

"We plan to seize these opportunities with both hands to ensure that we develop a distinct academic post-16 centre fit for the whole Bailiwick."

The new prospectus is available on the centre’s website.
