Man charged after 'shots fired at car from e-bikes'

A suspect has been charged in connection with an alleged drive-by shooting in which men riding e-bikes fired at a car.

It happened on Quinton Road West, in the Quinton area of Birmingham, on 10 September.

Chase McDowell, 27, from Bartley Green was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear, and possession with intent to supply class B drugs.

He appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday where he was remanded to appear before the city's crown court on 9 November.
