Crowds at Devon agricultural show

Crowds of people attended an agricultural show in Devon in what has been described as a "brilliant day" by one of the organisers.

The 133rd Honiton Agricultural Show included a showcase of local farming, produce, crafts and rural skills, as well as family entertainment.

Secretary Marcelle Connor, who has been involved in the event for 18 years, said there was a "good crowd" at the one-day event.

She said the show featured 250 cattle, 800 sheep, 350 horses, 50 classic cars and 100 vintage tractors, as well as other activities.

"It was a brilliant day, the weather was super, a little bit warm. There was a brilliant crowd and we had fantastic support," said Ms Connor.

"It has been a very good day."
