Pensioner who died after being hit by car named

A 77-year-old woman who died after being hit by a car in Glengormley has been named as Carole Graham.

Police said the incident happened on the Antrim Road on Monday.

Ms Graham, who was a pedestrian, was struck by the car shortly after 17:00 GMT.

The road has reopened and police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Insp Cherith Adair said: "Detectives from the Collision Investigation Unit are examining the circumstances of the collision."
