The father of a reality-show winner said he was excited to welcome his son home but admitted the programme was not for him.

Casey O'Gorman, from Tring in Hertfordshire, and Gabby Allen, from Liverpool, were voted as the winners of the 2025 series of Love Island: All Stars.

His father, Tim O'Gorman, who is landlord of The Greyhound in Aldbury, Hertfordshire, said he is excited to welcome the couple back to the pub.

"It's absolutely marvellous, its what he always wanted to do, I'm proud he got do it. My wife and my youngest watch it, but I don't. It's not my thing," he said.

Love Island: All Stars, which is presented by Maya Jama, invites previous contestants of the ITV show to return to compete for a £50,000 prize.

O'Gorman, 28, appeared on the ninth series of Love Island in 2023, in addition to both series of Love Island: All Stars.

"Genuinely, I've honestly had the time of my life here, no wonder I was back for a third time," he said.

"It was so much fun, I know I didn't find anyone in the past couple of times but it's just amazing here and it's such a great experience, why would you not do it?"

During the final episode, the winners were played video messages from friends and family.

O'Gorman's mother, Helen, recorded a video message which said she was "very excited to meet Gabby".

His father said the couple will be welcomed back to the pub for a family gathering.

"Casey used to wash up here, it was his first job," he added.

"Every Christmas the three boys work on the bar with me. So for the last three years people come in asking for photos with him."
