Police appeal after 12 vehicles damaged in village

Police are appealing for information after 12 vehicles had their windscreens smashed and tyres slashed in a seaside village.

Police said between 18:00 and 19:00 GMT on 7 December the vehicles were damaged on Atlantic Way, Westward Ho!

A 29-year-old man from north Devon was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and has been released on police bail until 5 March.

Officers have appealed for anyone who was in the area or has dashcam footage to contact them.
