The family of a woman missing for a month have issued an emotional plea for information.

Reanne Coulson, 34, from Coventry, was last seen on 21 May when CCTV captured her at St Mary & Benedict Church in Raglan Street at about 21:45 BST.

Her sister Kirsten Coulson said she was "loved by many" and it was "out of the ordinary" for her to not return home.

A 53-year-old man who was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of murder and kidnap remained in custody, West Midlands Police said.

Ms Coulson said her sister was known to work as a sex worker in the area where she went missing and urged anyone who had seen her to get in touch.

"Her lifestyle has not been easy for the past few years and we as a family are aware that she lives a chaotic life.

"Reanne is not only my sister but my twin sister, a mother, a daughter and an aunt.

"We are worried sick and need your help to find her."

She added that her sister had not contacted her family on her birthday on 17 June.

Her brother Luke added: "Please, please come home or contact mum or dad, we are all worried sick about you.

"You're not in any trouble we just want you home."

CCTV captured the last known movements of Reanne Coulson

Police have released CCTV footage of Ms Coulson's last confirmed sighting.

The footage also captured two men who the police wish to identify.

Det Supt Jim Munro said the force believed people may be "reluctant" to speak to the police due to "the lifestyle or criminality that they may be involved in", however he urged them to "think of their consciences" and "provide the police with information".

He added that as part of the missing person inquiry the force was keen to speak to people who had been in the Vauxhall Street area which was "known to be frequented by sex workers", on the evening of 21 May and early hours of 22 May.

Det Supt Manro said information could be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers.

He added that the 53-year-old man was helping the police with its enquiries, however the force had "limited time" to speak to the individual.

A dedicated website has also been set up where people can give information.

Police have previously said Ms Coulson was known to travel around Coventry, Atherstone and Leamington Spa in Warwickshire.
