Driver arrested as child critically hurt in car park

A child is critically ill in hospital after being injured in a crash in a multi-storey car park which has led to the arrest of a driver.
Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating the incident involving a grey Nissan Qashqai on the ground floor of the car park in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, at about 16:00 GMT on Thursday.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving, drink-driving, and drug-driving.
Police said he is in custody, and the child's family are being supported by specially trained officers.
"This is a tragic incident and is a live investigation," said police.
Officers also asked people not to speculate on what happened "and allow our officers to carry out their inquiries".
