Open day to support town traders

A town in East Yorkshire will stage an open day to help people find out more about the community.
The Love Hessle event is the first of its kind and will mark the launch of a new Shop Local initiative.
Hessle Town Council said there would be more than 30 stands run by businesses, community groups and charities.
The event will take place at Hessle Town Hall on 16 March, from 11:00 until 16:00 GMT.
Talented local people will perform live on stage and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Under the Shop Local initiative, members of the public can pick up a loyalty card and collect a stamp for every purchase over £10.
Once full, a card can be exchanged for a tote bag designed by Millie Clark, a Hessle artist.
