Three charged with attempted murder over stabbing

Three teenagers have been charged with attempted murder after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed in Birmingham.
Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have also been charged with possession of a bladed article, said West Midlands Police.
Emergency services were called to Alum Road, near the junction with College Road, around 20:45 GMT on Friday.
It is believed the boy was attacked in the area around Morris Park a short time earlier, said police.
The boy who was stabbed is recovering in hospital.
All three teenagers have been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
A man, 21, from Birmingham, had already been charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed article and has been remanded in custody.
