Drivers injured as crash closed busy road
Two people were taken to hospital following a crash that shut a main road in Derbyshire.
The A6 - just south of Matlock Bath - was closed at about 16:10 BST on Monday.
Derbyshire Police said the crash was between two cars and a van and two people were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries not believed to be serious.
The road remained closed to traffic around the scene, close to the New Bath Hotel, for more than two hours while emergency services worked at the scene.
A police spokesman told the BBC: "The collision involved two cars, a Mercedes-Benz and an Alfa Romeo, and a Ford Transit van.
"A woman and a man, the drivers of both cars, attended hospital for treatment to injuries which are not believed to be serious."
Officers have asked for anyone with information, including dashcam footage, to contact them.
