Dispersal order in place in Surrey borough

A dispersal order has been put in place in the borough of Spelthorne to tackle anti-social behaviour locally, police have said.
The order gives officers the power to order groups of people to leave an area if they are suspected of committing, or being likely to commit, a criminal offence or anti-social behaviour.
Surrey Police said officers would be patrolling the area while the order was in place until 23:59 BST on Sunday.
"Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated across our county," the force wrote on Facebook. "We will deal with offences robustly."
It urged anyone who witnesses anti-social behaviour or crime in the area to get in contact.
A similar order is also in place in the neighbouring borough of Runnymede.
